Lin Dongyun saw Albert out the door. Ling Jie, Ling Li, the police officers, and the bodyguards who were standing guard at the entrance initially bowed their heads respectfully. When they realized something was amiss and stole a glance, they all stared dumbfoundedly.

After some polite conversation, Albert departed in his hovercraft, and Ouyang Bin and the others bowed and retired. Lin Dongyun returned to the conference hall with his elder sister.

Seeing that the siblings had something private to discuss, Ling Jie and Ling Li glanced at the armored woman who had been following Lin Dongyun, and obediently closed the door and left.

They were reassured by the fact that from their earlier close observation, they could tell that the armored woman was a robot, apparently a gift from the Gran envoy to Lin Dongyun. As long as no one usurped their position as personal attendants, they would still rely on Lin Dongyun’s status and influence to develop their organization. They couldn’t be dismissed.

"Dongyun, your two Second Lieutenant attendants seem a little off," Lin Yanyun said, frowning.

"You knew all along? Why did you keep them around? Fishing for information?" Lin Yanyun was puzzled.

Lin Dongyun couldn’t explain that he felt confident in his strength and wasn’t afraid of being harmed, that he did have a tendency to use them as bait, and that he simply didn’t care and therefore kept the two women.

But if he said this, he would definitely be scolded, so he vaguely evaded the question.

"Dongyun, do you have the discernment to judge people? Don’t get caught in a trap or hook a great white shark! Don’t put yourself in danger!" Lin Yanyun instructed.

"Uh…" Lin Dongyun really wanted to say he did have the ability to discern friend from foe, but seeing his sister’s concerned expression, his heart softened, and he nodded. "Okay, I’ll transfer them away."

Seeing that Lin Dongyun had listened, Lin Yanyun nodded in satisfaction, then suddenly frowned. "Dongyun, how much money can you allocate?"

"Why? Do you need money, Sister? I don’t know how much I can privately use; I’ll have to check," Lin Dongyun scratched his head.

But her brother didn’t want that, so she couldn’t force him. After all, she had watched those kids grow up.

"You’ve only been in the Guard Zone for over half a year. What kind of loyal people could you have gathered? They’re probably just following you because of your status," Lin Yanyun wanted to awaken her brother.
